How do I remove an item from my cart?
To remove an item from your cart, simply update the Quantity field to 0 (zero) and click "Update."
Why is my order status pending verification?
If your order status is pending verification it means that we need additional information from you before we can complete your order. We will attempt to contact you either by email and/or the phone number you provided. Please contact Customer Service via our web form or call toll free 1(877) 809-1659.
We know that it can be difficult to buy products online that you can't feel or see first hand. try on (did you buy the right size? the right color?). That's why we stand behind all orders with our 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you need to return a tapestry, simply contact our Customer Service department.
Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order and you have an account with us, login to your account and click on Order History. If your order has not yet been processed you may cancel it by clicking on the "Cancel" link in your order detail. IF you do not have an account with us, please contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To modify an order, login to your account and click on Order History. If your order has not yet been processed you may modify it by clicking on the "Modify" link in your order detail. You may also contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note: If your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
You must have an account with us to use this feature. If you do not have an account, please feel free to contact us for order status. After you have logged in, check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order History page. This is the easist and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.

Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Tapestries N' Tassels accepts orders over the phone.
To order by phone, please call us at (805) 493-8027 during our customer service hours of Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm PST. Before calling, please note the SKU of the item(s) you wish to order. To find the SKUr, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the SKU below the item description.
To order by mail, please send a check or money order payable to: "Tapestries N' Tassels" to: Tapestries N' Tassels, 2110 Valleyfield St., Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. Please include the SKU(s) your letter.
