Chakra Ladder
I love energy, it can be so transforming. This is one of my favorite tapestries, remember as a child when your mom had the growth chart. She would measure how tall you were getting by having you stand next to the chart as she placed the mark. That was an energy she was creating for your well-being. She saw you grow in her mind and heart.
The Chakra Ladder Tapestry works the same way. Hang it according to your height and stand in front of it. Match the chakra's in your beautiful body, to those on the Chakra Ladder. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, feel the energy ( kundilini) rise up, exhale out your mouth. All centers which are Chakra's, are nothing but halting places for the kundilini on it's journey up through the body. These are the centers through which the Kundilini passes. A simple start can be •Use your diaphragm to breath deep into the lungs. This is called abdominal or belly breathing.

- To Bring more oxygen into your bloodstream by using the dirgha pranayama or the complete breath. This breathing technique fills your lungs completely and lightly stretches them to increase your lung capacity. Try this technique standing in front of your tapestry. Place your hands on your ribcage so you are aware of each breath.
- Alternate breathing through each nostril, closing one at a time with your thumb and forefinger. This brings balance to both sides of your brain.
- Fill your lungs completely with air, and force it out. Create a rhythm with this breath of fire, and you can feel the stress leave your body.
Practice daily, this simple breathing and feel the difference in your total well-being.

Caring for Your Tapestry
Wall tapestries should be handled with great care. Jacquard woven tapestry(s) can be cleaned once or twice a year using a vacuum with an upholstery attachment, it is that easy. I have tapestries on many walls in my home. I have done nothing to them with the exception of dusting them off once a month to keep the vibrant colors looking sharp. These tapestries are amazing at how easy they are to keep up. You literally do nothing, but admire their beauty.
