| This visually beautiful tapestry pays homage to the season with it's art deco leaf imprint on an abstract collage.
Natasha Barnes has mixed recipes in the culinary industry and now expertly mixes paints as an acclaimed artist. From South Africa, Barnes painted on the side while employed as a hotel Cordon Bleu Chef, an editor for one of the country’s foremost cooking magazines, and the owner of a cooking school. Thunderstruck by an epiphany while viewing a Robert Motherwell painting at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, Barnes devoted herself solely to abstract painting. Barnes’ work has been displayed internationally and utilized by Ikea, Hallmark, ShopNBC and “Extreme Makeover,” and she also crafts jewelry inspired by elements of her paintings.
